3. Good pet references (if applicable)

4. Reasonably good credit

5. No evictions

6. First month rent, last month rent

7. Security deposit (one month’s rent)

What You Need to Apply

1. Completed rental application (download here)

2. Current credit check

3. Rental references

4. Proof of income (proof of funds)

5. Rental history

6. If you do not have one of these items, your application will still be considered

   with a co-signer.
